We wanted to freshen up our studio with some color after our chalk wall became a repository for foul language, inappropriate doodles, and toddler masterpieces. To complement the industrial vibe of our wood, steel, and concrete workspace, we decided to use full color as opposed to the monochromatic blackboard.

Lucky for us, Daniel Peacock is a dear and personal friend. We phoned him to come over and bring his tools. He asked how big the canvas was. When told 30′ x 10′, he got skittish. Nothing a bottle of fine single malt couldn’t fix. And pizza.

The result of Daniel’s efforts were amazing, as expected. Completed in a little less than a year (including at least one full re-whitewash), our new mural succeeds perfectly in providing levity to our workspace and drawing curious facial expressions from clients and employees alike.
